On August 6, 2020, in accordance with the articles of Association and the working procedures of the Council, the Union of Civil and Architectural Societies of Central and Western China held the first Session of the Fourth Council (expanded) Meeting of the Alliance at the Platinum Hotel in Shantou, Guangdong Province.。 The members of the first Council of the Union of Civil and Architectural Societies of Central and Western China attended the meeting. (1) According to the needs of the work, Ren Chunfeng (Chairman of Gansu Civil and Architectural Society) was elected as the executive chairman of the first Council of the Union of Civil and Architectural Societies of Central and Western China, and presided over the daily work of the Council of the Union。
(2) According to the work needs, Wang Xuezhang (Vice chairman and Secretary General of Shanxi Civil and Architectural Society) was elected as the deputy secretary general of the first Council of the Union of Civil and Architectural Societies of Central and Western Regions of China, and assisted the Secretary General of the Council of the Union in dealing with daily affairs。
(3) This resolution shall be implemented as of the date of adoption of the fourth Council meeting of the first session of the Union of Civil and Architectural Societies of Central and Western China。

Sixteenth Working Meeting of the Secretary-General of the Union (expanded)

At the meeting, Li Guoping, deputy director of the Expert Committee of the Construction Industry Association of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, made a detailed report on the preparations for the 10th Academic annual meeting.
After consultation, the meeting decided:
(A) The construction Industry Association of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region (hereinafter referred to as the "Inner Mongolia Construction Association") before mid-August, to determine the "tenth Annual Conference of Civil Architecture in Central and Western China" (hereinafter referred to as the "tenth Annual Conference") theme content, time and place, conference scale and other overall arrangements。
(2) Upon receipt of the overall plan of the 10th Annual meeting proposed by the "Inner Mongolia Construction Association", the secretariat of the Alliance shall immediately solicit opinions and suggestions from all member units of the Alliance, make decisions as soon as possible on the basis of consultation, issue the first notice of the conference, and actively organize and collect conference papers and academic reports on the theme of the conference。
(3) "The 17th Secretary General (expanded) Working Conference of the Alliance" is hosted by the "Inner Mongolia Construction Association" and held at the same time as the "10th Academic Annual Conference"。
(4) The organizing association of the 11th Annual Conference of Civil Architecture in Central and Western China (hereinafter referred to as the "11th Annual Conference") and related matters were decided through consultation in the 17th Secretary General (Expansion) Working Conference of the Alliance, please make preparations for the relevant association。

Third, the sixth seminar on the reform and development of the Association
On August 5, 2020, the sixth Seminar on the Reform and Development of the Association of Civil and Architectural Societies of Central and Western China (hereinafter referred to as the "Seminar") was held in Platinum Hotel, Shantou City, Guangdong Province。
