二、 Registration time and test schedule
September 25, 2023 - December 15, 2023，Each certification examination for each occupation (type of work) is arranged on Sunday of each week，The registration deadline for each period is 15 working days ahead of the approved exam，If the information is incomplete, or the registration information is filled in incorrectly，Failed to pass the registration qualification review，It will be automatically postponed to the next certification test (special note: the specific certification test time and place shall be subject to the admission ticket test time and place，The admission ticket will be issued 7 to 10 working days before the test.)。
三、 Registration process
(1) Registration method

(2) Registration materials

4, education certificate materials: students must provide online verification report of school status, social personnel must provide screenshots of school diploma or degree certificate;
5. Candidates who apply for the examination under the condition of "engaging in this occupation or related occupation meeting the specified number of years" shall provide the "Proof of Service" stamped by the company;
6. Candidates who apply for a higher level under the condition of "having the professional qualification certificate (skill level certificate) of the occupation or related occupation" need to provide the scanning copy of the corresponding professional qualification certificate (skill level certificate) and the screenshot of the certificate query on the skill talent evaluation network;
7, students use offline registration, please fill in the "Vocational skill level Recognition Form" and provide a copy of the materials according to the above registration method (special note: each page of the copy needs to be signed by the person)。

3. Feedback of audit results
The audit results shall be fed back to the candidates by the staff of the vocational skill level identification service center。

二、 Identification method
1.All vocational (types of work) theory exams are in the form of computer tests, the test questions are single choice, judgment questions;According to the specific content of the test paper, the practical operation or practical operation + paper and pencil answer paper is adopted by the evaluator according to the content of the corresponding assessment score record。
2.The above arrangement is subject to policy adjustment。
三、 Results announcement and certificate inquiry
(1) Performance publicity
Sichuan Civil Construction Society vocational skills certification service center will be at the end of the exam1Within a month, the test results will be publicized on the official wechat public account。
Candidates who have any objection to their own test results can do so after the test results are releasedWithin 10 days, the examinee shall submit the score inquiry application form and submit it to the staff of the certification service center for review。The results of the review will be reflected to the candidates themselves。
(2) Issuance of certificates
After passing the examination and being approved by the relevant departments, Sichuan Civil Architecture Society will follow the unified coding rules and regulations of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social SecurityThe standard style of "Vocational skill level certificate" is required to print and issue vocational skill level certificates for students。
(3) Certificate inquiry
Candidates can check the website of the National Vocational Talent Evaluation Certificate through the National network (http://jndj.osta.org.cn/) Query certificate information。
四、 Matters needing attention
Candidates should bring their ID card and admission ticket in advance on the test day40 minutes to the designated place to enter the test room。
Advance each test30 minutes to sign in, the invigilator strictly implement face comparison and check whether the ID card, admission ticket for my reference。
Be late for the examYou will not be allowed to enter the test room for 30 minutes。
五、 Special note
(1) Candidates should bring the original ID card, admission ticket, black neutral pen, and carefully check the items required in the "Preparation Notice for Candidates of Operation Skills" before taking the practical test。
(2) Candidates should ensure that the registration documents submitted are legal, true and valid, and bear all responsibilities and risks for them。
(3) Candidates who have obtained the certificate of vocational grade recognition shall not apply for the same type of job and the same level of vocational skill level recognition repeatedly。
(4) After the applicants receive the admission ticket, please carefully check whether the information such as name, ID card number, photo, profession and grade of the declared work is accurate. If the information is wrong but the feedback is not corrected in time, the corresponding loss generated in the later period shall be borne by the applicants themselves。
(5) Determine that cheating violations are strictly prohibited in the exam, and candidates whose information is found to be inconsistent with reference personnel and cheating in the exam will be disqualified on the spot。
